RJ brings a wealth of diverse experience spanning marketing, sales, strategy, and operations. As a founding team member and the senior revenue leader at AutoLeap, he played a pivotal role in growing the company from a startup to $20 million in ARR within five years. Along the way, he built and led teams of 50+ individuals across several go-to-market functions. His focus has always been on building repeatable and disciplined go-to-market systems and investing in the next layer of leadership to help scale non-linearly.
Before his work at AutoLeap, Rizwan spent 5 years at GlaxoSmithKline, a pharmaceutical giant, where he served as a category brand manager for systemic antibiotics. In this role, he led high-impact marketing campaigns, launched strategic sales initiatives, and managed supply and demand for key portfolio brands across geographies, delivering higher-than-market growth consistently.
Rizwan holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from LUMS, where he was an active member of the university community, and served on several leadership committees. He lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife, Filza, and his daughter, Amal, and spends most of his leisure time either running, lifting weights or playing racket sports.
Junaid is an accomplished product leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in software and business innovation. Junaid built the core Autoleap product from scratch and led product and engineering teams that consistently delivered high-quality software solutions, transforming thousands of Auto-repair businesses across Asia and North America. Junaid has spent years deeply embedded with customers, building products that help them transition from their legacy workflows to modern cloud software. Before AutoLeap, Junaid founded NuTrack, a food delivery startup that revolutionized healthy meal options for busy professionals, blending his passion for entrepreneurship and technology.
Junaid holds an MBA from INSEAD, where he sharpened his leadership and strategic skills, as well as a B.S. in Management Sciences from LUMS, further strengthening his business acumen. His entrepreneurial spirit and leadership experience have positioned him as a dynamic force in driving product innovation and operational excellence.
Outside of his professional life, Junaid is an avid backpacker who has explored over 20 countries across Europe, with a special love for Paris and its pastries. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Maheen, and planning their next travel adventure.
Rameez is an experienced CEO and investor having led various companies in North America and Asia.
He is also currently the Co-CEO of AutoLeap, a vertically focused B2B SaaS start-up within the auto repair space.
Rameez was formerly the Co-CEO of FieldEdge, which he helped grow more than 5x in 3 years. Earlier in his career, Rameez worked as a management consultant at BCG and in 2018, Rameez received an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. He has also been actively involved in his family's power generator business, Synergy Corp., as an advisor and director over the past two decades.
Rameez is a Lecturer at the University of Toronto and holds an MBA from Stanford GSB.
Rameez has a lovely daughter and an energetic son who both undisputedly run the household. Rameez is also quite proud of his winning squash record against Steve (976 to 956).
Steve is a serial entrepreneur and has been an active investor in the search space for over 10 years, having personally invested in over 60 search funds.
Steve is currently Co-CEO of AutoLeap, a leading provider of auto repair software backed by venture capitalists, including Bain Capital Ventures. Prior to AutoLeap, Steve served as Co-CEO of FieldEdge, a business he acquired through the search fund model. At FieldEdge, Steve converted the business from on-premise to SaaS and successfully sold the business to Advent International resulting in a top-decile search outcome for investors. Earlier in his career, Steve spent several years in private equity at CPPIB and worked in investment banking at TD Securities.
In 2018, Steve received an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award and in 2019, he was recognized as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40. Steve is also a Lecturer at the University of Toronto and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Steve has two boys who often drop in on his conference calls, and he enjoys playing squash with Rameez enough to let him win.
